Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the real estate buying or selling process.
- Utilize strong sales skills to negotiate and close deals that benefit both clients and the agency.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws in all transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Manage properties efficiently, utilizing organizational skills and administrative experience to handle paperwork and transactions effectively.
