RV Service Technician

SALARY: Competitive base pay starting at $18/HR and up depending on qualifications and experience, along with commission structure

WORK LOCATION: Eureka, MO

HOURS: Ability to work a schedule that includes working Saturdays

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Diagnose, inspect, and repair recreational vehicles including travel trailers, motorhomes, and fifth wheels.

· Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance including repair of electrical systems, water/heating, propane, slide out, satellite, and roof sealing/replacement

· Install hitches for travel trailers

· Install brake controllers

· Meet with customers providing demonstrations and instructions for use and functions

· Tow trailers and 5thwheels and drive all sizes of motorhomes

· Maintain safety, quality and superior customer satisfaction

· Attend ongoing training provided by Byerly RV

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record and pass a background check

· Prefer to have strong background and experience in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Maintenance

· Prefer to be knowledgeable in all aspects of recreational vehicles

· Technical capacity and understanding

· Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Continuous improvement mind set

· Strong time management skills with ability to work under tight deadlines

· Team player

· Dependable

· Can do attitude
