Summary:
Responsible for welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly manner and performing clerical tasks to support daily operations of the dealership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Answer and triage phone calls coming into the dealership line
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Some filing will be required
• Act as a concierge by offering guests water, coffee, or popcorn
• Check-in clients with appropriate salesperson
• Assist in keeping the sales floor area clean, organized, and welcoming to guests

• Valid Driver’s License, satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report with an insurable driving record

• Computer skills - must be able to use Windows based computer systems, word processing, email, web search and other applications needed to run the business
• Experience with Microsoft 365

Schedule:
Days – 9am – 6pm. Saturday 9am – 5pm
Must work every Saturday with one day off during the week and Sunday off
