Responsibilities

*Greet customers and take orders for ice cream products. *Make ice cream, shakes, cookies, and other products. *Stock freezer cases with ice cream products. *Operate cash register to accurately ring up sales. *Keep work area clean and organized. *Provide excellent customer service. *Handle customer complaints or questions in a professional manner. *Assist customers in selecting the right ice cream flavors and sizes. *Answer customer inquiries about flavors, ingredients, and prices. *Suggest additional items for customers to purchase.

Qualifications

*Good customer service skills *Knowledge of ice cream flavors *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment *Ability to handle money accurately *Ability to use a point of sale system *Ability to keep workspace clean and organized *Ability to maintain a friendly, professional appearance *Ability to lift heavy objects *Ability to follow company policies and procedures *Must have Food Handler's and TABC certifications.
