Buxmont Academy, a Pennsylvania licensed private academic school, is seeking a full-time counselor for their Tatamy Creek campus in Easton, PA. Buxmont Academy has 6 campuses in southeastern PA and uses restorative practices to encourage students to grow academically and emotionally. Classes are small with a high teacher to student ratio, and our staff work together as a part of an educational and therapeutic team for each student.
The responsibilities of our counselors include but are not limited to promoting positive school culture, conducting behavioral interventions, and facilitating circles. Counselors also manage regulatory paperwork and reports.
Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's degree or higher level of education and behavioral support experience.
