Business Process Outsourcing Company is Hiring a Remote Marketing Coordinator

Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Division: North America
Position Reports to: Vice President of Marketing, Global
Positions Reporting to this Position: N/A
FLSA Status: Regular Full-Time, Exempt

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, optimization, and coordination of several marketing channels and projects, including social media content and calendar, copywriting, conference and event coordination, CRM system updates, and more. This role requires a creative and goal-oriented individual who has a strong attention to detail, can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, review, and leverage data to optimize marketing channel performance, and support the execution of marketing strategies and enhance our brand presence.

Your primary duties will include:

Copywriting

  • Write compelling, creative, and outcome-driven copy for various marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, sales collateral, and website content.
  • Drive improved inbound traffic from all blog articles and webpages.

  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and client relations.

  • Drive measurable improvements in key metrics such as click through rate, target account follower count, conversion rate, etc., across all social media platforms.

  • Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms.

  • Monitor social media channel audience activity, respond to inquiries.

  • Analyze metrics, present performance reports with key learning and plans for continued optimization.

Community Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with our brand’s “communities” through online platforms and trade associations.

  • Facilitate communication and engagement with the target audience through each community.

  • Educate colleagues on community engagement opportunities in a way that drives interaction and participation by company employees.

Conference Registrations

  • Coordinate the registration process for all conferences and industry events.

  • Ensure all logistical details are managed and materials prepared.

  • Create reports to track conference participation and aid the team in evaluating the success of each event.

  • Social Media Management:

Event Coordination

  • Support the marketing team in planning and execution tasks for marketing events, both virtual and in-person.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including conducting research and obtaining pricing information from preferred venues, menus, vendors, and promotional materials.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.

CRM Maintenance

  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases with bounce or unsubscribe feedback from email campaigns.
  • Help segment and organize customer data with properties and lists for targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Aid in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer information.

Innovation & Improvement

  • Stay abreast of social media tools, features, functionality, and platforms to ensure we are always leveraging the best social media capabilities available to achieve goals.

  • Keep up to date with content creation tools, features, functionality, and platforms to ensure we are always leveraging the best email, blog, and other digital content capabilities available to achieve goals.

  • Maintain awareness of promotional products, private event keepsakes, client gifts, and exhibit giveaways to ensure we always provide “swag” that serves a purpose and extends the shelf-life o of a positive brand experience past the in-person engagement.

  • Excellent B2B writing skills with a minimum of 5 years writing marketing copy and creating content of all formats

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related concentration from a four-year accredited university

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • 3 years’ experience working within a CRM, HubSpot is preferred but not required

  • 2 years’ experience working within a project management platform, Asana is preferred but not required

  • 3 years of proven experience of fully managing social media accounts for B2B platforms

  • Up-to-date knowledge of all social media platforms, their capabilities, features, functionalities, and how they serve B2B brands

  • Eagerness to stay current with social media, content marketing, and community engagement trends with an excitement to learn about new tools and technologies

  • 3 years of experience with tracking content marketing and social media KPIs to report on performance and drive optimization

  • 2 years of experience collaborating with other marketing team members to build and execute strategies to drive value from the marketing department to the business
