Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical specialties such as Ophthalmology, Critical Care, and ICU. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
- Perform triage, diagnostic evaluations, and health coaching as needed

Skills:

- Proficiency in acute care settings with experience in Dementia care
- Ability to work with neonatal ventilators and manage critical patients
- Strong understanding of medical standards and protocols
- Experience in triage and rapid response situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Competency in providing compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively
