Business Integra is Hiring a Registered Nurse ICU Near Seattle, WA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As an ICU Nurse, you will provide critical care to patients in our intensive care unit. This is a full-time position with various shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Perform advanced nursing procedures such as phlebotomy, tube feeding, and catheter care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans
- Use electronic medical record systems such as Epic to document patient information accurately
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate interventions as needed
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting
- Proficient in ICD-9 coding and documentation
- Strong knowledge of critical care practices and procedures
- Experience with dermal fillers is a plus
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of [Location]
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
