Cincinnati, Ohio based transportation services company seeks a qualified candidate for a Sales Support position. Bush Truck Leasing Inc. is a rapidly growing company that offers leasing, financing, maintenance services, vehicle up-fitting and related transportation services to regional and Fortune 500 companies nationwide. This position will be based at our Mason, OH company headquarters. Position will be part of a Team that is responsible for growing both inside and outside sales activity.

The Sales support role is a critical part of our Sales process focused on assisting Sales Account Managers with customer communications from application to equipment delivery. You will be responsible for file underwriting and compliance within our Leasing software and Microsoft Outlook. Sales Support members work daily with various in-house departments in order to facilitate deliveries, customer updates, insurance compliance, etc. providing the best possible customer experience. 

Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to:

Sales Calls:

• Assist in answering sales calls.
• Assist customer if possible. Transfer calls when necessary.

Quotes:

• Quote customers over the phone, (as needed if no sales rep is available).
• Type up quotes to be emailed, faxed, or mailed when needed.

Contracts:

• Type up worksheets in Lease Complete when needed.
• Type & send lease contracts.
• Update appropriate Lease Complete fields & any applicable spreadsheets.
• Follow up on Contracts Out (when needed)

Check in “contracts back”:

• Review paperwork, input necessary information in Lease Complete.
• Start the process of obtaining missing information (ie: insurance, correct paperwork, drivers’ license, voided checks, etc.)
• Once all paperwork is received & truck is delivered, submit file for funding.

Production Sheets (email):

• Send production request to appropriate vendor (when needed as back up for Sales Rep)

Delivery Sheets:

• Type & submit delivery sheets to Transportation Dept – (when needed as back up for Sales Rep)

Temp Tags:

• Request & follow up on temp tags to be sent to customers.

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is preferred but not required.
• 3 years of sales support experience.
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• High phone call volume environment
• Strong organizational skills a must
• Ability to work with staff across multiple departments.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly motivated to succeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications a plus!
