• Compensation: $$80,000-$120,000 Salary & Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the projects budget, scheduling, contract documents, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee work of technicians and staff on various phases of the project. Ensure correct reporting and addresses issues that arise. Coordinate with various company department, management, and clients to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage staff performance, training, timesheets, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Manage labor costs of projects through ongoing job forecasting (time management).
• Ability to provide leadership, take charge of a situation and show proper authority in a responsible objective manner
• Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.
• Communicate with customers in an easy-to-understand manner.

Qualifications:

• Certification as an electrician (Master Electrician, Journeyman, etc.)
• 3 years electrical experience preferred
• Proven experience in electrical supervision
• Knowledge of electrical codes
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have critical thinking skills.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Must have valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
