This position works out of our facility in Springfield, OR.As the Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will develop and maintain customer accounts with various administrative responsibilities such as entering orders, fielding incoming phone calls and email messages, and resolving customer issues.How You Will Make a Positive Impact:

  • Utilize the company ERP system to generate orders, RMS lookups etc.
  • Actively engage in prospecting for new customers
  • Seek additional business opportunities with existing customer base opportunities
  • Plan, develop, expand and manage a synergistic customer base
  • Maintain excellent business relationships and customer satisfaction with customers and prospects
  • Collaborate and work within a close-knit team environment
The Value You bring:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing or commercial equipment sales experience
  • Strong and resourceful technical and mechanical aptitude to assist with developing effective tooling solutions
  • Keen collaborative skills to interact with customers, vendors and peers in an effective and positive manor
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
  • Comfortable navigating ERP system
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Critical thinking skills with ability to trouble shoot and suggest refinements
  • Effective communicator with all forms of digital communication
