Cedarwood Distribution is Hiring a Sales and Admin Support Specialist Near Springfield, OR

Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational support to our sales team. This position requires strong attention to detail, flexibility to wear multiple hats, and positive outlook in every interaction.

Example Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support our customers by phone and email to ensure a quality experience with our Company.
- Process all AP and AR paperwork each day. Also complete filing and send statements.
- Assist in marketing projects as assigned, including editing photos, organizing materials, preparing packets and brochures, and maintaining files for publication.
- Assist in the warehouse pulling small orders when we are bus. This will include processing UPS shipments, and lifting some boxes, 35 lbs max.
- Call on shipping companies to coordinate inbound and outbound freight, and ensure timeliness of pickups and deliveries. Create Bills of Lading and shipping documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process incoming orders in our electronic system accurately and precisely.
- Maintain paperwork flow, and quickly find missing details and information.
- Manage the office, including ordering supplies, tidying, and coordinating costco runs.

Skills:
- Solid grasp of bookkeeping or accounts payable and receivable entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading
- Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or in real estate administrative roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required, Quickbooks is a plus.
- Self-motivated and computer savvy.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.67 - $23.68 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
