Summary

Burrow’s Operations Team is looking for an exceptional Associate Inventory Planner. This role will support the Inventory Planner’s forecasting with opportunity for growth into forecasting directly. The Associate Inventory Planner will play a key role in communicating with our vendors around purchase orders and forecasts. This person will provide support with reporting and ad hoc analysis that will help inform the decision-making of cross-functional partners including Finance, Marketing, and Product. This role will report into our Inventory Planner.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase order creation and maintenance
• Handle vendor communication surrounding forecasts, containerization, and purchase orders
• Manage sku creation and mapping
• Support monthly inventory forecasting and Open-to-Buy
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reporting
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

• 1-2 years of experience supporting inventory planning/forecasting or a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills in data manipulation and organization
• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system
• Experience managing relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
