Primary Responsibilities:

Summarize, interpret, and assess applicability and impact ofnew and/or amended regulations and regulatory guidance with respect to aforeign banking organization's businesses, processes, and operations(investment banking, corporate banking, markets activities, bank regulatorymatters).

Update and maintain the firm's laws, rules, and regulationsinventory and associated governance controls, i.e., reporting.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in a compliance, legal, orrisk management role in the financial services industry, preferably at aforeign banking organization or other banking organization with a complexbusiness and entity structure.

Excellent understanding and knowledge of:

US financial regulatory and legal framework.

A financial institution's operations and departmentalfunctions, including but not limited to, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance,Legal, IT.

Financial products and services and associated business andoperational processes.

Extensive knowledge of the regulatory change managementprocess preferred.

Experience in using and maintaining a workflow tool (e.g.GRC platform) preferred.

MS Office proficiency; advanced knowledge of Excelpreferred.

Strong analytical and critical thinking and attention todetail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills toaccommodate a diverse portfolio of work, and a proven record of successfullymanaging priorities and deadlines.
