Job Summary:

• Installs, maintains and services company and/or multi-vendor equipment at customer locationsin response to assigned service calls within established service level agreementtimeframes.
• Possesses basic customer service communications skills to maintain positive customerrelations.

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

• Installs, maintains and services assigned equipment at customerlocations.
• Performs diagnostics and testing of ATMs to ensure performance SLAs and Service quality meets/exceeds establishedspecifications.
• Enlists the assistance of more experienced technicians, lead technicians, and/or technicalsupport when required to resolve complexproblems.
• Utilizes the Burroughs Process (PAIR-CPR) to deliver high-qualityservice.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenanceand configurations which may impact productperformance.
• Takes responsibility for potential or desired follow-up services or problemescalation.
• Maintains parts inventory with high degree ofaccuracy.
• Maintain service keys in securemanner.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Technical
  • Understands and executes written and oralinstructions.
  • Maintain basic PC skills - Capable of copying/saving files, pinging networks
  • Ability to operate a multi-meter to measure voltage, amperage, and resistance.
  • Ability to successfully complete training on electro-mechanical equipment servicedin geographicalterritory.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and maintain “approved” driver status; have and maintain a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance, if driving own vehicle; or maintain company vehicle according to established schedule andpolicies

Education and Experience:

• This is an entry level position for new inexperienced Service Technicians and/or Service Technicians who have first line maintenance as their primary role, or Service Technicians who have 1-2 years of experience servicing electro- mechanicalequipment.
• Must hold a valid US driver’s license with clean Motor Vehicle Report(MVR).
• High school diploma orGED.
• Demonstrates mechanical, technical, electronicaptitude.
• Some technical school training preferred, but notrequired.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• The Service Technician operates in field service environment covering customer/client locations in designateddistricts.
• Client locations can include both indoor/outdoor environments where technicians can beexposed to varying weatherconditions
• Travels by car, van or public transportation to various assigned customerlocations.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule. Hours may include mornings, eveningsand weekends as required to meet the needs of ourcustomers.
• Overtime may be required onoccasion.
• Ability to operate and climb on a step ladder

Compensation:For this role our hourly wage range is $18.00 to $27:00 depending on relevant experience.
