POSITION OVERVIEW

The Membership Sales and Retention Specialist is responsible for supporting franchise partners in executing the Blue Carpet Experience (BCE) and sales strategy for single and multi-unit franchise partners.

This role involves providing education deployment, managing the Burn Sales Academy, and overseeing BCE content management.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Process Execution : Support Franchise Partners in learning and executing the BCE and sales cross-departmental support in BCE and sales process creation and delivery.
• Education Deployment : Facilitate regional training sessions, summits, and other requested opening support for new gyms.
• Burn Sales Academy Management : Update the Burn Sales Academy as needed based on sales strategy that the Burn Sales Academy remains a comprehensive resource for Franchise Partners.
• BCE Content Management : Update BCE content as needed based on sales strategy with internal teams to develop new BCE content.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or franchise industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed for regional training and support.
