Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, managing calendars, coordinating projects, and providing general administrative support. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with customer support inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer applications such as Microsoft Teams
- Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
