Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Child Watch Staff member. As a Child Watch Staff, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while their parents utilize our facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in a childcare setting
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized childcare area
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a daycare, classroom, or similar setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Experience in tutoring or theater is a plus
- Ability to manage a classroom environment
