Job Purpose: As an Inside Sales Consultant, you work to improve the company’s market position and achieve financial growth. You are responsible for building key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, closing sales and maintaining an extensive knowledge of the current market conditions. To achieve this, you will need to engage potential new customers with guidance from the Director of National Accounts, present to them, ultimately convert them to customers, and continue to grow business in the future. Organization Structure and Interface: This position reports to the Director of National Accounts, who will give direction on sales strategy and review performance regularly. It is critical the Inside Sales Consultant and the Region’s Account Managers work together to maximize the revenue potential within the Region. The Inside Sales Consultant is expected to channel concerns through those who can make a difference, i.e., coaches, Account Managers and trainers.
