BOH Kitchen Team Member

Primary Responsibilities :
Primary duties for a kitchen team member consist of preparing food and ingredients, cooking food to order, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Secondary responsibilities for a kitchen team member include taking orders, preparing meals, packaging food items, and ringing up guest purchases.
Working in a Fast-Paced Environment :
Kitchen team members must keep the kitchen, prep areas, and all kitchen equipment clean, neat and organized at all times.
The work environment is busy and fast-paced at Burger Monger. Kitchen team members must work with a sense of urgency and know how to keep themselves busy during all hours of the day.
Requirements :
While prior foodservice experience is not required, its highly preferred. Successful kitchen team members will need to show a demonstrated commitment to food safety and cleanliness at all times.
Salary and Compensation :
Burger Monger kitchen team members earn an average base pay rate of $10 to $12 per hour. Additionally, kitchen team members are eligible for tip-sharing.
Tip share compensation varies from week to week, but can add an additional $1-$3 an hour to the base pay rate. Kitchen team members may use an employee discount on food and meals off the menu.
Burger Monger also incorporates a flexible schedule, with scheduling preference going to team members with open availability and proven dependability.
