Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Assist with banquet and catering events, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar establishment
- Knowledge of food production, bartending, and coffee preparation techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus
