Shift Leader Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Scan and bag items efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and catering departments to ensure timely service.
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and knife skills is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
