Job Duties - Repairs, maintenance and light construction of commercial tenant spaces including:
- HVAC maintenance such as filter changes, coil cleaning and repair evaluation
- Light electrical
- Light plumbing
- Some carpentry
- Painting
- Landscaping
- Demolition
- Strong desire to do any job right and in a timely manner and learn new skills within a growing company
- Be able to follow directions and be able to work as part of a team or individually to accomplish tasks
- Have good communication skills and have a friendly attitude in dealing with professional tenants and contractors
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have acceptable personal hand tools or everyday use - larger tools are provided
- Must work Monday - Friday day-time hours 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm with some after-hours/weekend on-call requirements
