Duties

  • Conduct new employee in-processing, orientation, and out-processing; communicates regulations, policies, and procedures to employees.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support.
  • Initial point of contact for office, receiving visitors and phone calls, determines the nature of the request and directs visitor / caller to appropriate staff members.
  • Prepare travel and training arrangements and reimbursements.
  • Provide records management support for field division.
  • Assist travelers with reconciliation of credit card statements with appropriate travel documentation.
  • Determine applicable file retention and disposal authorities and prepares files for retention and disposal.
  • Timekeeper for the field division : coordinates, reviews, and / or processes time and attendance reports.
