Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and nurturing children, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at classroom management.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to support student learning
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure student success
- Stay current on educational best practices and trends in childhood development
Skills:
- Proficiency in curriculum development and implementation
- Strong understanding of child welfare and childhood development principles
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Knowledge of math education principles is a plus
- Experience in daycare or special education settings is advantageous
