Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for conducting onsite equipment repairs in an outdoor environment. A service truck will be provided along with specialty tools and equipment. Must have general diesel mechanic tooling to perform repairs. The role will be responsible for coordinating with ERS vendors and OEM dealers for higher level repairs. Potential to take service truck home daily if residence is within 20 miles of reporting location. Must keep track of parts and on-hand inventory. Communicate with drivers, terminal managers, and supervisors on equipment diagnosis, and estimated repair times. Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment when services are due.

What does a normal day look like?

• Perform repairs on Semi Trucks, Trailers, and equipment on site of customer break down.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct inspections and identify potential problems.
• Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain and secure company provided equipment.
