Facility Maintenance Supervisor 

Position is Monday-Friday 6am-4pm (On call on weekends)

Summary: The Facility Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining the building fire alarm, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and the building grounds to support the operation of the entire organization.

Supervision Duties: Oversee any subcontract facility work.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Schedule and perform routine building and grounds maintenance activities including but not limited to HVAC units, refrigeration units, plumbing, water systems, and fire protection systems.

· Coordinate with external contractors for specialized facility repair services, ensuring work is completed to standards and within budget.

· Oversee pallet utilization and removal, trash, recycling, and waste management.

· Keep track of work orders and ensure that tasks adhere to established service and quality standards.

· Maintain all required logs and shift documentation.

· Responds to building emergencies as per established procedures; responsible for knowledge of safety and emergency procedures and ensures that shift personnel have knowledge of the same; follows established procedures in reporting potential hazard areas.

· Ensure that company premises and facility utility areas are kept in clean and hygienic condition.

· Maintain a safe working environment that complies with regulations and laws.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent professional level experience.

Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Proficient understanding of building systems and maintenance processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests and vendors.

Great time management, organization and prioritization abilities.

Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.
