Builtech is currently seeking a Project Manager ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15-25M annually.
- Own the project financials and job profitability.
- Orchestrator of the project team ? client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, etc.
- Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices.
- Represent Builtech as the client?s primary contact.
- Daily communication with your project teammates.
- Partner with the superintendent to co-develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly.
