BuildSTRONG is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Nampa, ID

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and manage project schedules using project management software
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and making cost-effective decisions
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans and resolve design issues
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in project management software
- Familiarity with construction industry software such as HeavyBid, Civil 3D, or ProCore is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
