Building Services 32BJ Benefit Funds (“the Funds”) is the umbrella organization responsible for administering Health, Pension, Retirement Savings, Training, and Legal Services benefits to over 100,000 SEIU 32BJ members. Summary: Under the immediate supervision of the Manager of Business Analysts, the Business Analyst I discovers, synthesizes, and analyzes information to elicit business needs, document requirements, devise strategies and solutions, and implement changes with the goal of improving business outcomes for small projects or segments of larger projects. This is an entry level position with an opportunity to grow within the 32BJ Benefit Funds Business Analysis practice.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Language Skills: Speak, read, write and understand English
Reasoning Ability: High
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) nice to have
