As an Bailiios Sales Rep, you will sell appliances, electronics, and furniture to Baillos customers in apartment replacement, retail, and builder segments of the business.

You will have an opportunity to earn additional money through sales performance incentives (i.e. SPIFFs’). The target compensation in the first year for this role is $100,000. Baillos is open 7 days a week as well as some holidays.

Qualified candidates will have:

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ experience in an outbound call center, retail, or a related sales position in appliance whole distribution or transferal industry experience such as home improvement, building products, or other similar industries.
• Proven work history of being dependable, building customer relationships, and achieving sales goals.
• One year of computer and web-based applications, mobile applications, MS Outlook and Word, basic Excel. Salesforce experience (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills)
