The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· General supervision and management of a class of children

· Plan and execute the educational program in accordance with the purpose, mission and goals of Builders of the Faith Christian School

· Enjoy educating children and genuinely appreciate the Preschool environment.

· Incumbent must be warm, sensitive and a mature individual who relates well to children and adults.

Job Qualifications

• A degree in Child Development Associates or bachelor’s degree in early childhood development education or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Knowledge and understanding of all current Florida rules and regulations, as per The Department of Children and Families
• Has 1-year minimum experience in childcare or elementary school classroom
• Maintains the Department of Children and Families 10 training hours per annual requirements
• Completed the 45 hours, including Early Literacy, as per The Department of Children and Families
