Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Duties:
* Assist and support the Outside Sales Staff. Some job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Provide excellent customer service

* Assist with customer inquiries on product selection, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges requiring a working knowledge of company products, procedures and practices.

* Provide material estimates and quotes for all product categories (Lumber, EWP, Decking, Siding, Doors & Windows, Interior and Exterior Millwork, etc).

* Generate quotes and orders into computer system and schedules delivery of products.

* Handle and resolves simple customer complaints and forwards more complex issues to more senior staff for resolution.

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
