We are adding an Area Manager to our TN Team! The ideal candidate may be based in Nashville or Knoxville.
The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the activities of the Credit and Collections department across assigned locations, including implementation of company's policies and procedures related to credit and collection activities; ensures effective handling of collecting delinquent accounts and investigating the credit risks of customers and suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises assigned employees including staff selection and training; planning, assigning and directing work; conducting performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
