Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, catering, and customer service.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures
- Coordinate catering events and manage food production
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Conduct interviews for hiring new team members
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and beverages
- Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly

Skills:

Required Skills:
- Experience in catering, hospitality management, and food production
- Proficiency in inventory control and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to interview and train staff

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bartending or culinary experience
- Familiarity with Toast POS system
