```Duties```
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure that food is cooked properly and meets quality standards
- Prep at a pace that involves an extreme sense of urgency, either you have it or you don't
- Clean and maintain grills, kitchen equipment, and work areas
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a grill cook or in a similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
- Strong knife skills for cutting, chopping, and slicing ingredients
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control
