Overview

Buckingham is seeking a construction Project Engineer experienced or interested in multi-family construction Capex and renovations. The Project Engineer is results-oriented and has excellent organizational and time management skills, while fostering positive internal and external customer service and communication. Supporting the project team lead, the Project Engineer is responsible for project assistance and site supervision – ensuring construction work complies with quality control and standards.

Qualified candidates must have the ability to visit Buckingham’s property management portfolio, with occasional overtime and overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

As Project Engineer, your primary focus is to support the planning, buy out and management of renovation projects with the project management team. The Project Manager may be assigned to oversee miscellaneous projects as they arise, leading to the successful, timely and safe completion. The Project Engineer understands construction management – including, but not limited to scheduling, budgeting and contract management – is transparent, professional and a perpetual learner. Strong consideration to candidates with commercial building experience.
