Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial reporting principles, and the ability to provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. This individual will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve the company's financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual KPI reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate any discrepancies.
• Prepare various debt compliance reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of board package.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget and forecasts.
• Assist with the integration of financial reporting for acquired practices.
• Assist in the preparation of ProForma calculation for new business opportunities.
• Assist with treasury management.
• Support external audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support financial planning and analysis.
• Conduct data analysis and assist in ad-hoc financial project and initiative as needed

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or business-related field (REQUIRED)
• 3-5 years of financial reporting, audit experience or similar roles (REQUIRED)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Comfortable with data extraction and manipulation
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a proactive work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
