SUMMARY

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a vital role in crafting the creative direction for BSE Global’s Media brand and help drive engagement through impactful designs for content and digital platforms. The role will serve as a creative lead for our Media team, developing logos, establishing style guides and design templates that can be scaled across all applications for the brand. The individual will build captivating graphics and other multimedia assets that resonate with our target audiences across platforms.

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the conceptualization of design solutions that take ideas from conception to execution. Your creativity, design expertise, cultural connectivity, and understanding of social media trends will be essential in driving our Media brand’s success across the content and digital landscape. The individual will be encouraged to showcase a portfolio of their prior work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support the development of foundational creative elements for BSE Global’s Media brand
• Design and produce high-quality visuals, including graphics, images, and other multimedia assets
• Develop visually engaging creative that encourages audience interaction, sharing, and community building across social media and digital platforms
• Ensure that all creative delivered is on-brief, aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
• Work closely with key collaborators across the Media, Content and Creative teams to brainstorm and executive innovative concepts for campaigns and programming
• Develop and clearly present design solutions that achieve brand and business objectives
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and methodologies for various social platforms
• Monitor real-time events and trends, incorporating them into creative strategies when applicable 

WHO YOU ARE:

• 5 years of design experience
• Experience crafting for social media and digital platforms is preferred
• Strong eye for the visual manifestation of social content (photography, video, graphics)
• Motion graphic design and photography capabilities are a major plus
• Deep knowledge of Brooklyn and New York City culture is very beneficial
• Passionate about Pop Culture with knowledge of current and emerging trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
• Highly motivated, creative problem solver who is continually communicating new ideas and iterating on your work product
• Attention to detail, ability to work against deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• A passion for staying current with design and social media trends
• Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office suite of products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in visual design, typography and illustration
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or related field is preferred

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.

SALARY RANGE:

$90,000-$120,000

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Works primarily in an office environment but may be encouraged to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
