SUMARY

The Manager, Sports Ticket Operations is responsible for key ticket operations functions with a primary focus on the New York Liberty. On Liberty game days and select Nets game days, this individual will provide exemplary service at the box office to assist internal parties and season ticket members with ticketing and related customer service issues. This position will provide support and oversight to the New York Liberty and overall ticket operation at BSE Global and participate in special projects as business dictates.

The Manager, Sports Ticket Operations reports to the Senior Director, Sports Ticket Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and maintain manifests, season, and ticket plans in the ticket system
  • Set up price points, variable pricing and associated price components
  • Oversee invoicing and renewal process for season ticket members and on sale process for ticket plans and individual events
  • Process, review and fulfill membership contracts and ticket orders for new sales, member services and group sales
  • Fulfill internal ticket requests for the New York Liberty
  • Facilitate payment plans and works closely with sales and service teams to ensure account compliance
  • Collaborate with counterparts in Analytics, Sales & Service, Sponsorships, Marketing, and Finance to accomplish team objectives
  • Execute sales initiatives with special offer builds and 3rd party integrations
  • Monitor online sales, pricing and inventory levels
  • Ensure online functionality for all sales links and online account management for ticket holders
  • Monitor and verify all game day systems
  • Update reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis regarding performance against sales targets
  • Use and learn ticket technologies to improve ticket operations and service opportunities for the business

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2-5 years of experience in ticket and/or box office operations
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of ticket systems and related products such as Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and/or AXS

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.

SALARY RANGE

$72,000 - $85,000

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Works primarily in an office environment but is expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
