Job Description: Quality Control Manager

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar programs for data management and reporting.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance/quality control within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities concurrently.
• Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to maintain records, databases, and inspection reports accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain all quality records to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Establish and manage a welding certification database to track and maintain welder qualifications.
• Review and annotate engineering drawings to identify quality control checkpoints and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and certify welding processes.
• Conduct physical inspections of welds, measurements, tolerances, and finishes as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
• Generate detailed inspection reports and documentation for customers.
• Participate in quality assurance meetings with customers to address concerns and provide updates on quality initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support quality control and assurance activities.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
