As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation that effectively communicates complex technical information to our target audience. You will work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in the documentation. Duties:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and API documentation

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand complex technical concepts

- Organize and structure information in a logical and user-friendly manner

- Edit and proofread documentation for grammar, clarity, and consistency

- Use word processing tools to format and style documents

- Incorporate diagrams and visuals using tools such as Visio

- Conduct research to gather additional information as needed

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong editing and proofreading abilities

- Proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word)

- Experience in technical writing or related field preferred

- Familiarity with tools such as Visio for creating diagrams

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
