Bristol Bay Shared Services, LLC is looking for an Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist. The successful candidate will be a valuable addition to a professional team that is responsible for accounts payable and expense reimbursement in a multi-company environment. In order to be considered for this challenging opportunity the successful candidate must have: Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principlesAbility to effectively interact with others and work in a team environment.Knowledge of Deltek Cost Point required.Knowledge of Deltek Time and Expense required.Demonstrated familiarity with the practical applications of personal computers and basic application software (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.). Accounts Payable and Expense requirementsConducts themselves professionally and effectively communicates with internal/external customers and vendors to work with issues that may arise Receive, sort, match, process and reconcile payments and expenditures to include expense reports, purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, refund requisitions etc. in compliance with financial policies and proceduresReview Expense Reports and approve cash advances. Works directly with Expense Admins to assist with reporting needs. Records receipts and process by uploading daily or as necessary.Full processing of expense reports, verifies approvals and accounts used by analyzing expense reports and recorded entries.Processing request for advances and other out of cycle checksHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a multi-task environment. **The candidate must have AP experience to include system experience in Deltek CostPoint and Deltek Time & Expense.
