This is a tipped position.
Floor Manager
Responsibilities
- Overseeing of day to day operations in restaurant
- Coaching team members on proper execution of set procedures
- Assisting both Front and Back of house
- Assisting service and bar staff including but not limited to: seating guests, running food and beverages, bussing tables
- Performing table touches and checking in frequently with guests to ensure highest quality of service is being met
- Ensuring restaurant is performing at budgeted labor cost
- Attending all scheduled employee meetings.
- Always acting in the best interest of the restaurant, fellow employees and guests.
- Welcoming and accepting feedback and coaching from the General Manager in order to maintain and grow as an employee
- Full Time employees are eligible for health benefits
