Responsibilities
- Download, save, print and route electronic case filings.
- Read, scan, document and distribute/route incoming mail
- Heavy copying and scanning daily
- Maintain document files, including tabbing and indexing litigation files
- Maintain overall office appearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Perform other clerical duties as requested
- Frequently assist in the movement of boxes weighing 30-50 lbs.
- Open and close client files
- Search for missing files as needed
- Perform relief receptionist duties
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Assist with stocking kitchens and supply rooms
- Assist with conference room setup and breakdown
- High school diploma: additional computer training or certification will be an asset
- Fantastic document management skills.
- Organized with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Flexible schedule with a commitment to attendance.
- Critical thinker who displays accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in client or customer databases
- Typing speed and accuracy
