The Human Resources Manager will have a minimum of five years of applicable experience. This position will work with the Director of Human Resources to oversee organizational development, recruitment and staffing, employment law, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits of the company. Job requires oversight of company policies and practices to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws. The Human Resources Manager will maintain awareness of business needs, objectives, compensation, and general HR trends while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of personnel files, documents and manuals. Provide leadership and supervision for assigned staff; work collaboratively with other members of the Human Resources Department to accomplish Company’s goals and objectives. They will provide a safe, secure, legal environment with the proper tools and systems to maximize complete job satisfaction for employees and support company growth and profitability.

Environment and Physical Requirements:
The majority of the work week will be in office, other than occasional business travel (15-20%). This is not a remote position. Travel by plane or car as required. Duties to include administrative functions using the phone, computer and communicating with people. This job will require occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, perform keyboard operations and climb stairs as needed.
