Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
- Build rapport and identify customer needs.
- Generateinsurance quotes.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options.
Requirement
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Possess excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Possess a great work ethic, drive to succeed and a competitive spirit
- Must have a valid drivers license andreliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license
