The Associate, Inventory Control provides daily oversight of warehouse inventory. This position verifies the accuracy of product in locations daily versus the

quantities in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This position uses the Warehouse Management System to track cycle counts and ensure that inventory transfers within the Tennessee warehouse are fully processed.**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Description**

* **Inventory Discrepancy Resolution**

* Research and determine root cause of inventory discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments

* Review daily reports for inventory variances between the Warehouse Management System and Brothers SAP system

* Create and complete empty bay and location audits

* **Monitor Inventory Transaction**

* Ensure that product transfers are completed correctly in accordance with the Warehouse Management System and Brothers SAP system

* Provide detailed records of transactions and movement of inventory

* Monitor warehouse put-away and replenishment activity daily for discrepancies

* **Physical Inventory**

* Assist with yearly physical inventory observations and reconciliations

* Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse locations and mapping

* Perform random cycle count and audit throughout the year in preparation for inventory

**Requirements-**

**Education:**

* High School Diploma (or G.E.D.) General Education

* Associate's Degree Business or related field

**Experience (** Minimum 3 years):

* Working in a distribution center in an Inventory Control department performing daily transactions to reconcile multiple inventory control systems

**Software/Technical Skills:**

* SAP Inventory Control Module Intermediate

* Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Warehouse Management System Inventory Control

* Certified to drive a forklift

**Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:**

* Self motivated and ability to work independently

* Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to prioritize and execute tasks

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Ability to analyze system problems/issues and exercise insightful judgement Ability to work effectively with other departments and 3rd party vendors
