Responsibilities:

• Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the clinical team in providing exceptional care experiences.
• Coordinates the Community’s infection control program while maintaining state regulatory compliance.
• Develops and oversees the Community’s medication management program.
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of team members and resident information.
• Conducts initial assessment of prospectiveresidents, including off-site visits (home visits, hospital visits).
• Performs wellness assessments and developsindividualized care plans based on the needs and preferences of eachresident.
• Delivers health promotion services, offersdisease prevention counseling, and provides self-care education to residents.
• Engages with residents and family members in acompassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Fosters communication by regularly engaging withphysicians, pertinent healthcare providers, and family members.

Qualifications:

• Maintains current state nursing licensure, RN preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years nursing supervisoryexperience
• Prior senior/supportive living experience stronglypreferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess leadership and supervisory abilityand the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skillsand ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
