Brookstone Estates of Paris is seeking a Culinary Services Director to join our team!
Responsibilities:

• Oversees the food service program withdedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring adherence to safetyand sanitation protocols
• Plans and prepares a diverse menu thatincorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for variousrestrictions
• Maintains food service areas including thekitchen and dining areas
• Conducts inventory and purchasing activitieswhile ensuring that budget guidelines are achieved
• Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the dietaryteam in providing exceptional dietary service
• Engages with residents in a compassionate andimpactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where thevalues of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction

Qualifications:

• Must hold current ServSafe Managers certification
• Previous dietary management experience preferred
• Prior senior/supportive living experiencedesired
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skillsand excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Must possess leadership and supervisory abilityand the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
